Agreed...she has such a simple guitar setup still and it's just proof that simplicity can make for great rock.

i bought a reissue champ trying to get that sound. It doesnt come close. That grit she gets just isnt there. i want that sound

Saw her open for Lucius at The Fonda in LA and it was one of those rare sets that you come away thinking, "Wow, someone to pay attention to here." Seeing her again @ The Bootleg Theater on July 9. Definitely worth a second listen (and likely many more).

That sounds like an awesome amazing show!

A lot of people have just a voice, but she has a very unique sound and music that isn't skin deep.

That sound is incredible. She brings so much talent to the table. I cannot wait to see more of Margaret!

Absolutely amazing.

I love the guitar playing and tone. The mush-mouth Billy Holiday vocal delivery that a lot of vocalist seem to affect is not happening.

Love her playing on the song that starts @12:10. Also cool that she doesn't need to look at her fingers on the strings. If she keeps up her guitar practice-she can be a star-If she cares to. Stardom is not to be taken lightly.

She has been playing music her whole life, she is already a better guitarist than most pop musicians.

Great music, voice and tone here, very enjoyable. (By the way, Robben Ford has a song "Nothing to Nobody"... could be a medley.)

She would sound the same with a standard squier. Or a 200000 les paul over a Marshall stack. She is the tone.

I think it might be better to taking a clean tone from other amps with fender blues jr. etc. because the amp she using has a slight overdrive.

She doesn't look remotely like Rosamund Pike, not in the least. She does look rather sickly and undernourished. Rosamund Pike is a heralthy-looking, very beautiful woman.
