Really enjoyed that vlog brought back so many memories, stopped there once on cruise and had a week near by couple of years later both times in September that was hot enough. Have to agree you have to do the wall walk best early in day the heat reflecting of all the white walls can be high, you can see why they call it the Peal of the Adriatic.

Got home last night from this itinerary, really enjoyed ourselves.

Best vlog in a long time by a country mile. Dubrovnik looks stunning. Gutted I’m missing it next week but hey ho maybe sometime. Looked so empty there. I believe it’s really crowded in July August so maybe dodged a bullet. Those walls look fantastic. That dinner looked amazing as well. Look forward to the next one.

Yes, we were told by our taxi driver that July & August are very busy. It wasn't too bad at all on our visit.

Andy & Kirstie, Thanks for the tour of the wall as we would never be able to climb all those stairs. The background music was also very nice. That Italian dinner you had looked amazing with all that cheese. Thanks again.

Yeah, the wall would be hard going if it had been hotter. The Italian food on Marella is pretty good 👍

Hi guys spent many happy times there during the Serbian attacks on Dubrovnik and after. Wonderful place. Cvtat was fabulous. The beer in Croatia was so strong but after a while was delicious. Would recommend Zagreb. We lived in Zagreb 1994 to 1997 loved it. Spent many trips to opatija. Split and Dubrovnik and various other delightful places

Just in dubrovnik today as we docked with marella explorer. Heads up for the cable cars £30 each adult return . 2/3 mins max trip up to the top . Great value 👏

I have a fitbit that helps track daily steps. Its good when you can a bit of wandering, although you don't always get a lot of steps in on long coach trips!

That pasta with the huge cheese looks beautiful. is it included or do you pay extra for it. Might be doing the Three seas and Adriatic cruise next year, first time. Might not be able to do the walk around the wall.

Hi Kirsty and Andy , we been watching your vlogs , we have booked a cruise on the Explorer for are honeymoon next year in July taking the family 2 kids age 3 and 6. Going on the Iconic islands from corfu. Your clogs have been brilliant and great help. We have upgraded to the all inclusive drink package. Watched you eat in the different restaurants is there a charge extra for these? And like Andy love a full English in the morning , how do you keep so trim eating them must both work out a lot or have physical job😅look forward to your next vlogs.

The taxi was €17 one way into the old town. They will often offer a further tour before dropping you there as we did. That was €50.

Hi Andy and Kirstie I am going on this cruise in June. When you were in Dubrovnik did you just ask the taxi travel to give you a tour of Dubrovnik and how much was it? Thanks

The taxi driver offered the tour and told us exactly what we would do. It was fairly expensive I guess, €50 if remember correctly, but the taxi journey into the town was €17, so only an additional €33. Glad we did it though, it was nice having that personal touch.

Brought back happy memories of 5yrs ago, we were on Spirit, it was 38°in June!! How long did it take you to walk around the wall's and how much were your tickets? Brilliant vlog xx

Yeah, we didn't appreciate the GOT angle having not seen any of it.

Just back from one week on the Marella Explorer, and can only describe it as Benidorm at see with a lot of Butlins style entertainment, and I'm no prude, I would imagine she will be getting hacked to pieces in an Indian decommissioning ship wrecking yard very soon. A lot of areas smelt of open drains, poorest quality buffet ever seen (on land or sea) with maybe 4 evening choices of very poor quality food as was breakfast and lunch....................The places visited were very nice, but as for the ship its a true saying, you cant polish a turd.
