We're actually on the same boat next month so busy hyping ourselves up with lots of videos prior! I loved the intro and just like your other videos, its incredibly well done! I think taking the inside cabin makes the most sense if there's little to no value to be had from your room. My Wife and I are at the opposite end of the spectrum and sitting on the balcony, watching the ship pull into a new city every day is one of our most favourite parts of the holiday. Horses for courses as they say :D

How exciting! I liked doing the intro as well. It was fun to make as cabin tours can be quite dull 😁 Thanks for watching, and we hope you have a great cruise. Let us know what you thought of it.

Our best cruises have been with Marella! From the Baltics to the Caribbean, we have had some great times. Thanks for watching 👍

I must say I would get claustrophobia in a cabin that size, but if you want a budget cruise and only use it for sleeping, it would probably be adequate. We went on D2 last September and had a deluxe balcony cabin on deck 7 ( only cabins above and below) and it was great, plenty of space, good storage, decent shower room, balcony not as big as P&O, but we thought it was good value. My daughter went on Voyager in March and paid a lot for a huge suite - but was woken every morning at 5.30 by the sound of sunbeds being dragged across the deck above! You need to do a lot of investigating if you want a "perfect" cabin on any cruise. Look at the deck plans to start with! 👍

Good advice. We only really ever use the room to sleep in and get changed. Travelling is about the destinations for us so we are in port and off the boat for as long as possible. If we ever needed the perfect room in the future, we would book well in advance to get the best deal. At the moment we are in a position to book late and get what we are given but for a good price. Thanks for watching 👍

Caught me out with the earlier posting. Please tell Lisa not to press the “send button” before a Friday 😅. In estate agent terminology it looks “compact and bijou”, but no doubt the price was good. Look forward to your next videos.

Thanks Nick. An estate agent would have used a wide angle lens to make it look massive! I will advise Lisa accordingly as we don't want to change your Friday night routine. 😁👍

Towel Animals. No fridge? My wife and I used to read reviews of cruises we were thinking of going on. We couldn't believe that these people were on the same cruise. A bottle opener in the toilet? Looks like a decent stateroom.

Great vid, love the beginning. The bottle opener is a really nice touch, however, I don't think the ship has much faith in the quality of its food if they've designed the bathroom so that you can sit on the bog AND vomit in the sink at the same time...another nice touch, if you ask me!

Thanks so much for watching again. We liked the start as well. It was OK until the bald bloke came on, it goes downhill from there. Food review is next week. You can see if we had to use the sink whilst sitting on the toilet!

Looks like I would have struggled to set my dartboard up in that cabin and it would have had to stay in my case. Thank goodness there is one on board the ship ! I agree it's adequate to just sleep there although a powerful shower is always good. Balcony one when the lottery comes in.

Possibly a little smaller than I'd prefer but perfectly adequate. We've gone for a balcony cabin which I don't think is much bigger. Slightly disappointing that there isn't a fridge but certainly not a deal breaker. Thank you!

The lack of a fridge would have been more of a problem if it wasn't an all-inclusive cruise.

One option if you dont mind sleeping apart is to have thebeds made in to singles. They would then be on the outside of the room with ta space down the middle to walk.

That is the tiniest cabin I've ever seen but you don't spend much time in it on a cruise anyway. I'm very claustrophobic so I have to have at least a window.

Glad the noise was good...we did a voyager cruise last Oct and My god the noise was terrible ...the "night at sea" was unbearable and im convinced the ship had a problem. video is on the channel to prove it .. seems the ergonomics of all the Marella cabins leave you wanting but like you say adequate 🙂

We usually go for the inside as we still have access to all the public spaces, and with the money we have saved, we can book another cruise! 😀 It is a personal choice as I know people who would never consider an inside cabin. Thanks so much for watching and commenting it is much appreciated 👍

I enjoyed this, and you're right, you are just sleeping/getting ready in the cabin, as long as its clean that's the important thing really. Bottle opener in toilet - new goal in life , to get one of them 😂
