Haha if we were on the week before you, we were stood at the airport for list of your first evening! This brought back some lovely memories. This does look a lovely cruise. I love crusting just for that. Finding places that you want to come back to. You've made us homesick for the Explorer, we want to go back! I'm sure the walls were free when we went! A long time ago! We did the second half of your cruise around the Aegean Shores, all i can say, it was stunning. We are looking forward to our second cruise on the Explorer October 2024.

Aegean shores looks a great itinerary! And we are heading back to Corfu and Dubrovnik in April ! Loved those places a lot! Explorer is a ship that randomly keeps welcoming us back onboard and we’ve never had a bad cruise on her. Wonderful video! I found a similar Adriatic itinerary early March this year with greek cruiseline Celestyal, but with a more Greek focus (Athens - Kefalonia - Dubrovnik - Kotor - Bari - Corfu - Katakolo). For just 80€/night in a last-minute deal, I am very tempted to go, but also worried that the weather in early March would not be sunny enough to enjoy the Adriatic wonders 😅

Can I ask how you found Corfu airport… I know Postcard & a Pint said it was a nightmare when flying back to the Uk

Thanks for watching and commenting- It’s appreciated! Wills and Rach were onboard Explorer the week before us and they had a nightmare on leaving Corfu. When we arrived there were queues and some delays for us arriving. There was only 1 luggage carousel operating for all the flights .. a bit chaotic but it made our 1st cocktail onboard even tastier. Leaving Corfu for us went quickly and smoothly and we had no problems..Sure you’ll love Explorer … Wills and Rach certainly loved it as much as we did..Hope you have an amazing time!

Thanks for replying - we’re semi-seasoned cruisers but this will be our first on Marella and our first fly-cruise! We’ve got so used to rocking up at Southampton and being on the ship in minutes, I just want to make sure I’ve got all bases covered. Really looking forward to seeing where your adventures will take you next! @@CooksExplore

@@MarthaC-H74 - Thank you - We’d be interested to see how you get on with Marella - We’ve done a couple of P&O vs Marella comparison videos … Marella edge it for us but it’s not always been clear cut to be fair and P&O get a lot right…Our next adventures are just a few weeks away now and the far east beckons ..
