Morgan Park beat Gary West Side in a battle of top teams from Illinois and Indiana, respectively. The game was tightly contested in the first half as West Side sophomore Quimari Peterson scored 14 first-half points. Wake Forest commit Marcus Watson took over in the second half, finishing with a total of 31 points to lead Morgan Park to the win. 5-star senior Adam Miller added 18 points for Morgan Park.
