Marcus Grodi: The Verses I Never Saw: The Journey Home Program

In this episode of the Journey Home, Marcus discusses the “Verses He Never Saw” when he was a Presbyterian pastor. These were passages of the Bible that were difficult or impossible for him to understand as a Protestant, and only became understandable to him in the context of a Catholic perspective. He talks about Hebrews 6:4; 1 Timothy 3:15; 2 Thessalonians 2:15; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; Romans 8:16-17; Colossians 1:24; St. Luke 1:46; 2 Corinthians 5:10 and 2 Corinthians 7:1.

it's true Marcus, the chrucs is a sanctuary and a place of prayer, not a place for camaraderie. catholics treat the church as a holy place of worship.

Remember when Jesus gets angry, Matthew 21:13 Jesus said to them, 'God says, "My house is to be a house of prayer". You are making it a "place for thieves".'
