No such deal. It was Status Quo. Meaning Duterte admin maintained agreement during PNoy admin no structures to be constructed in Ayungin.

I’m not a BBM supporter but I agree with his sentiments regarding the WPS ‘secret agreement’ issue. Bakit simbahan yung background nung Comelec Chairman? Magpakabanal ba tayo?…and lastly, akala ko si Ramon Bautista yung nag sa-sign language nung una.😂
