4:08 - it’s not just breakneck speed - it’s not just the extra things he does, it’s that performance that gets me. I’ve seen people doing impressive guitar playing and “tricks” to do the accompaniment etc, but he makes it COOL. He sells the performance in a way a rock star would - the long coat, the facial expressions, the ‘dance’ the atmosphere of the video - all add to this behind the “someone sat playing in their room doing amazing things” which were the closest thing I’d seen to this level of skill before.

I'm not sure regarding the Bach piece,but he has done live performances of others with a full orchestra and they are floating around on the tube.Also,look at his youtube shorts.Most of them are not produced in any way,just him and the guitar unplugged.............................
