Don’t have your shoulders pointing at the ball. Point them at the picture like in a game. Your back foot is coming off the ground prior to contact because you can’t stay inside the ball, fully rotate your hips or extend through the ball because your blocking with your shoulders. You lose power. If your foot comes off the ground, it should be at extension.
