Hi, He has two voices one is known as a head voice (Femle voice.) And the other voice is know as a chest voice (Male voice). That's how he sang both parts of the song.

And it still gets to me when he switches between registers. ..he is amazing. He was also on AGT 2019 I think and he was able to reach the 4e spot in the finals. He speaks Filipino and English (there are up to 187 languages in the Philippines) and I have heard him sing in English Italian and Spanish so far. What a talent! He was an abandoned child who taught himself to sing and did not reconnect with his parents until he won Phillipines Got Talent. He used that platform to find them with the help of the nation.
