I found this treasure only today on my flight to Glasgow, 4 years after the release - in a continuous loop since then - what a gifted songwriter you are!

Absolutely incredible. I heard your music today on Don Miller’s podcast. I can’t stop listening to this song. You’ve opened my eyes to an entirely different style of music that just resonates deep within me. It’s hard to find smaller artists like yourself in the mainstream. Keep creating! I’m on a mission to open my eyes to smaller artists like yourself who outperform, in my opinion, big names. Great work!

I'm a child of the 90's Bedroom at the top of the stairs That's where you can find me Bleaching my hair, still scared that my parents'll ground me If they found me I'm a child of a baby boomer Who never got over the days of John F. Kennedy Jr Jesus saves and American-made was the way of the future Hallelujah Hey! It doesn't work out like they say You lose more than you find your way And I know that the best ain't behind me But it might be I'm a child of the 90's I'm a child of a hometown First girl I kissed got an ex-husband and kids now Like a wide-right kick, I'm afraid I missed my way out What a let down Hey! It doesn't work out like they say You lose more than you find your way And I know that the best ain't behind me But it might be I'm a child of the 90's I'm a child of the 90's I was hoping you were somebody that I used to know I was hoping you were from somewhere that I used to go I was hoping if I could find you Maybe I could finally find me But, hey It doesn't work out like they say You lose more than you find your way And I hope that the best ain't behind me But it might be Hey! It doesn't work out like they say You lose more than you find your way And I know that the best ain't behind me But it might be I'm a child of the 90's I'm a child of the 90's

Trying to write the lyrics, tell me if I made mistakes (english's not my mothertongue) I'm a child of the 90’s (Third?)room at the top of the stairs , that’s where you can find me Bleaching my hair still scared that my parents would ground me If they found me I'm a child of a baby boomer Who never got over the days of John F. Kennedy junior Jesus saves and american-made was the way of the future Hallelujah Hey! It doesn’t work out like they say You lose more than (then ?) you find your way And I know that the best ain’t behind me But it might be I’m a child of the 90’s I’m a child of a hometown First girl I kissed got an exhusband and kids now Like a wide right kick, I’m afraid I missed my way out What a let down Hey! It doesn’t work out like they say You lose more than (then ?) you find your way And I know that the best ain’t behind me But it might be I’m a child of the 90’s I was hoping you were somebody that I used to know I was hoping you were from somewhere that I used to go I was hoping if I could find you Maybe I could finally Find me But hey! It doesn’t work out like they say You lose more than (then ?) you find your way And I know that the best ain’t behind me But I'll always... Hey! It doesn’t work out like they say You lose more than (then ?) you find your way And I know that the best ain’t behind me But I'll always... Be a child of the 90's
