Marc Marquez BRUTAL Statement about MotoGP 2027 Rules | MotoGP News | MotoGP 2024

Спорт

MotoGP made an announcement earlier this week about the technical regulations it will implement in 2027, the most notable of which is the move to 850cc engines.
The new regulations aim to reduce aerodynamic development and remove ride-height gadgets in order to increase safety and the on-track spectacle.
After ten years with Repsol Honda, Marc Márquez decided to join Gresini and ride a Ducati bike for the 2024 MotoGP season. His modest objective was to determine if he could still compete at the top level on a competitive bike, given all the challenges he has endured since 2020 and the Honda dry spell.

Sad season for 2027. If were the chief of MotoGp I would demand to increase to 1200cc.

Personally (as an engineer) I would’ve kept the current capacitor, banned ride height, aero and rider aids and introduced a rev limit and rider min weight like in WSBK.

I did not hear of any new rules adjusting weight for tiny jockeys like Marquez. Once again MotoGP will continue the tradition of giving advantages to miniature riders. I know there are exceptions like Bagnaia but that does not alter the fact the sport favors the tiny.

If that was the case Danny Pedrosa would have won at least 10 titles😂
