I own two Grumman canoes. A 17 foot double ender and a 19 foot square stern. They are tough and awesome. The 19 footer has been used in the Atlantic Ocean for fishing and duck hunting. Also in Lake Michigan for salmon fishing. I rescued numerous other fishermen who were caught in a severe storm in Lake Michigan while fishing. Their boats were overturned. The Grumman canoe just cut through the four foot breakers never shipping water. I was able to haul them onboard and get them to shore safely one after another. The canoes have survived highwater whitewater rafting in the Rio Grande River while kayakers look at us with their jaws dropping when we go rocketing by them!

Got a 1985 14' Grumman fisherman. So good. This is awesome. Its 2022.

That have stopped making the 19’ Freighter Canoe for 2021. Love my 19’ Grumman!

It’s 2024 they are making them again. Im picking up one of the last ones new I think sometime this week

My dad bought an 18' double ender Grumman canoe in the early 70's. We still have it and take it out on the water, and it's as good as new over 40 years later.

What a perfect opportunity to at least mention your other brand name on TV..... DuraNautic !!!!!! I own one and am thrilled with quality build!

I have a Duranautic 16 side console with an Etec 30 I bought new about 7 years ago. I have had so much fun fishing and exploring rivers with this thing. Don’t think I could ever part with it. It has become part of me…….

True Americana. Still the Rolls~Royce of aluminum canoes. I have an 18 and a 15, with the 18 converted to a sailing trimaran with extremely good performance. It even has a Grumman sail kit which I've highly modified.

I have a decades old Grumman 17' Eagle. It's not my solo boat...its perfect for a big load, multiple people and dogs.

I'm wondering is this the canoe Dick Proenneke used at Twin Lakes Alaska and documented in the Alone in the Wilderness series? I'm guessing it was the 15' Grumman "Eagle" square stern Aero-Craft aluminum canoe... can anyone back this up?

downloaded the audible book Alone in the Wilderness on Amazon and listened to it while raking the drive way and for sure it's a Grumman! I hope you can confirm it... there's a good marketing pitch there. A world of Dick supporters all wanting to paddle Lake Clarke

The only significant difference is your canoe has a coping in the first foot at the front of the canoe, something missing on Dicks earlier version.
