Alcastar's quest gives 400meso allcures (el nath, level 55, need to get a star rock off a boss around your level, as for some reason arwen doesnt synth them) Enhance to level 11 - at 10 stars you no longer lose stars, 11-15 you lose em all, so if you enhance to 11 before xferring, the new equip is already level 10, and you avoid the 6-9 star fail chances, applies to 100+ equips

+Camdon Buckley oh and the level 18 hat from your archetype explorer leader (ie DwB for all warriors, athena for all bowmen, merc, etc) gives an 18 stat hat that gives an easy 28 main stat at level 20 with being 5starred

Hey sorrow another thing that you should mention is that when you have to get somewhere quickly, you can take the pantheon portal at the six path crossway and teleport to anywhere you want. But if youre not in victoria island, you can go to the dimensional mirror and go to alishan and take the portal on the top left which teleports you to henesys. From there you can go to sleepywood and then go to six path crossway.

I recently started up maple again because of the Reboot server. I've always hated the p2w model maplestory has become on the regular servers and this was a very great addition by Nexon. (I'm surprised that they did it, honestly.) I found this video VERY informative and wish I had saw this prior to starting... It is still useful information now ( i had no idea the guide was that badass!) and I will be recommending it to my other veteran maplers. THANKS!

Pirate classes can take advantage of your bonus too. Bullets can be recharged where stars can also be recharged.

Pretty solid choice imo, very fun class. They do kinda lack mobbing early on though.

I am having trouble transfering over stats from a level 50 cane to a level 60 cane, both have 5 stars the level 50 cane is a epic and the level 60 one is a rare, but everytime I go into the tranfer system it says "Transfers are only possible when the equipment on the Equipment trace and the target equip are the same." My level 50 cane is not a Equipment Trace, but you show without having a equipment trace.

+Mitchell Vanburen Hmm... I'm honestly not sure what the problem could be... Look at the guidelines and specifics to see if either of your canes are not suited for the "operation". It's been too long since I looked at the TH system so I can't give you any solid advice and for that I apologize.

Question involving the Transfer Hammer: What's the easiest way to get a level 130 overall? Hilla dropped an epic potential pirate overall, which revealed to have +1 Second Invincibility. I want to migrate it up to an empress thief overall for kicks, but the original is level 120. MegaScience Yes but you would have to be level 130 for the mobs to start dropping level 130 gear. They don't drop as frequently though in servers outside of Reboot since they drop those lv 60 epic equips.

How are the NL? i have a level 104 NL and my damage is so low, and i get killed so fast. what am i doing wrong lol

Another tip that actually could help a lot is this one: To teleport to almost everywhere, you just have to go to the nearest town, use "Quick Move" or going directly to Dimensional Door, now you select "Momijigaoka" (I'm not sure if that's the correct name, anyway...), then you go again through the Dimensional Door (while you're actually at Momijigaoka), and now you select "Fight for Azwan", then you go out through that portal on the left side, you'll be at Korean Folk Town, then go to the left and talk with "World Tour Guide" NPC, and she will put you at Henesys, now all you have to do is to take a free taxi to Sleepywood and then go out, and voilà, you're at PANTHEON. So, let's do it easy: 1. Nearest Town (Make sure it has Dimensional Door. You could use the Maple Guide). 2. Dimensional Door to MOMIJIGAOKA. 3. Dimensional Door to FIGHT FOR AZWAN. 4. Go out through the left side (portal). 5. You'll be at Korean Folk Town, find World Tour Guide's NPC at left side and talk to her. 6. You'll be teleported to Henesys. 7. Take the cab to Sleepywood. 8. Go out through the left side (portal). 9. You're done, you can go almost everywhere from Six Path Road using the Pantheon. ;)

+Leonardo Vasconcelos Or Accept the quest atop your head about a strange noise (get it at lvl 33). Get teleported to Alishan, leave through the portal on the top left of map. You are in Henesys, now take the cap to Sleepwood, Inter Portal, and boom you are in Patheon.

***** I find them everywhere in my real Maple Server (Kradia) but I don't find them in Reboot. The best I found was a 10% bonus map I think and it was in the Hankie map. :/ Maybe I just checked at the absolute worst times lol

SorrowfulM // MapleStory Veteran I used to use maple guide to teleport to monsters near my level and go some maps to the side. Just keep going until find a good %. It shouldn't take more than like 2mins. At least that's how it went for me.

Heres a tip/glitch that may or may not be patched as of today. But yesterday when i was shopping the kumbis which are 500k each everywhere else where only 50k in edelstien. Not sure what thats all about or if it isnt fixed yet but go check it out!

Also a lot of events hand you out free potions. I got over 2000 power elixirs from the valentines event. And Henesys General Store sells a lot of useful things like cubes and inventory expansion.

Realize this is very late to say but for the star recharge, if the pot seller doesn't do it then the equipment seller will

Does any of you have a fix for this? I actually really wanna play the official MS servers (specifically Reboot), But whenever I click on a channel in order to choose what character to play, the loading time is SOOOOOO LONG. Also, picking up items is an absolute chore. As far as I understand, you cannot get a pet in Reboot until higher levels. But from the moment I press [Z] while standing on an item and until it picks it up takes like 3 seconds each time per item. That wouldn't be much of a problem but apparently you can only pick one item at a time, unlike in the old Maple where you could just hold [Z]. Sorry for ranting... :P

Does the Maple Guide also work the same way in other servers as well such as in Windia? I haven't played in a long time and wasn't sure if I was thinking about coming back or not so I'm glad to watch this video and get a better idea of all of the changes that have happened.

Also, it's nice that in the update that you will get your specific class's weapon and armor pieces and since I'm in Windia, it would help a lot since I have no idea what is considered to be good armor or weapons as far as scrolling them goes.

How hard is the Prison Guard Ani boss in Reboot? Cause there's no limit to the attempts you can go at him (If there are, then it's a lot) And the box he drops mostly has reindeer milk and dews in them So you can your set of free pots if you don't want to spend any money I haven't gone to Lionheart castle yet in Reboot so I don't know if you can take advantage of this

+Kev N I'd assume he'd be really easy to beat but there are a few annoying prequests before you can get to fight him so I don't think it's worth it at all since other bosses drop much better potions as well as milks/dews. Good thinking though :P

i hope gms gets veracent after the merge since you can get a lot of free untradeable power elixir from the boss :)

so should i have been using the transfer hammer since lvl 80 to maximize the stats on my current equips? if thats the case, then theres no way of going back to get lower lvl equips since mobs drop according to your lvl :(

+iateurdad It doesn't make it have more stats than it could otherwise, it's only to save you meso and the hassle of having to enhance your equips all over again. And ofcourse it's to bring your potential with you if you have an epic equip or something.

I don't really see the difference? A month after the reboot gone by, tons of people are lv 200+ now, not like old maple story where lv 120+ takes like forever. You can instant travel for free, which is too convenient compare to the old time, and is it true that Romeo and juliet pq is still the only pq that most people do? There are way too many "unnecessary bosses" right now, i mean back then, Zakum or the black dragon was so hard to kill but it's enough. I mean I don't see the real difference except you can't trade, which is a downside too, lost the fun of part of the interactions between players

K'erino kripperino Yea... I reeeaaally miss the days when you just did quests and stuff until level 50 and then you would do the ludi pq over and over and over again... But my absolutely favorite era of Maplestory is around the time when Evan came out, That was a great balance of a hard and rewarding experience in my opinion.

sorrow you are wrong if you think transfer hammer was made for reboot i made so much money just buying stuff for really cheap with % and making it fafnir i found a lv 110 dagger with 18% atk on it for 200m got it too fafnir and you already know i sold it for tons lol
