That felt refreshing. They heard the community not just on the topic of replays but also on numerous other issues that frankly even i hadn't caught on. They explained every problem and solution to the problem, changes and why they are necessary and everything of the like. I really appreciate this in the community. The transparency and informative nature of this video is something that Valorant has lacked until now. This genuinely was extremely interesting to watch and sharing the processes and issues behind the scenes is very exciting to learn about. Thank you so much for this guys and if there is more of this in the future, Valorant is definitely taking some large steps in the right direction!

love that ur being more transparent with what ur currently working it helps us players be more patient, although as a non completive player i would love the maps to change a lot more often. ( i really miss pearl and fracture )

This is the type of communication we need. TY Riot Games.

One of the best devs I’ve ever seen for a video game. Also, it would be helpful if there could be a timeout option(like 1min) for both teams. Afk penalty in this game is not that forgiving so a timeout would be helpful when let’s say a player disconnects, his game crashes, is afk, etc.

An idea to solve the map rotation problems, since the thought process with keeping maps in and out is to shorten queue time and be beginner friendly, you can apply a system where the player can choose a minimum of 6 or 7 maps out of the map pool, this way if someone wants to play in all the maps they can and if someone wants to exclude 2 or 3 maps they also can without affecting the queue time or being difficult for beginners.

The sound design for this video is incredible. The music was nice and comforting, the background noise is well balanced, and the tone of the speakers is just right. I know most people are going to overlook this because of the hype, but I didn't want this to not be given the recognition it deserves.

When they first started doing rotations on the release of pearl, iirc they explained the reason they put maps out of rotation even in casual modes is so that new players can start playing the game with set of maps that don't deviate when they finally become able to play competitive while maintaining a balance of variety without being too overwhelming. They can simply level to 20 with a learnable collection of maps, and jump right into competitive without any overtly game changing surprises.

Raze's satchel IS the coolest mechanic in Valorant, please don't make jumping less fun. Remove it's damage and it's interaction with enemies, don't nerf the movement

Those Raze mobility nerfs worry me. Satchels are one of the most fun and dynamic things in this game, and I'd really hate to see it get sterilized. I hope whatever nerfs happen are creative and thoughtful and don't make Raze less fun. The sheer number of nerfs she gets can already feel kinda demoralizing as a Raze main, I hope this doesn't end up being as stifling as it sounds.

it'll probably not be nerfs to the actual mobility that you receive, but maybe a nerf to how / if it affects enemies and teammates. people have put way, way, way too many hours into mastering raze movement for them to significantly change it like that. removing the satchel damage and knockback to enemies, knockback to teammates (to prevent boosting). the ability is LOADED, and the higher elo you go the more it is used for more than just double satcheling into site. being able to disrupt your enemies so hard on top of having two incredible zoning abilities (3 if you count ult) is kinda absurd. they might also increase price of the satchels, and increase the ult points for her ult.

Raze is loaded with good options to play around. That it imbalanced, that's why she's in every game. She's just too good and that's not okay.
