I’m getting into tires and most have MAP pricing. So a “ discount at checkout “ is my strategy I’m planning on using. I’ve noticed some competitors do it but the biggest competitor doesn’t do it . I’m worried I will get in trouble but one supplier said I can’t tell you by law what to sell it for but you have to go off MAP pricing.

How do you find out if suppliers enforce MAP? Like how do you find out if MAP is heavily enforced with certain products. I know it varies from supplier to supplier, but like overall how do I research that ?
