I don't know anything about this software, but logic dictates that you would make two copies of the same animation, one in style A and one in style B, then simply disolve transition from the style A clip to the Style B clip. giving the illusion of the style changing when its actually the clip changing.

District are not available in geolayers, it had to be manually drawn via pen tool
Please don't show illegally and forcefully Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir in India map as illegally and forcefully Indian occupied Jammu and Kashmir is not a part of india it is a disputed territory according to UN resolution between Pakistan and India

Yes, I had asked previously from geolayers team if they are going to launch plugin for davinci resolve or final cut Pro.... unfortunately they won't
