Getting out of your comfort zone, going on an adventure and experiencing weird new cultures is the best thing about traveling. If that's your personality, then it's all good. But if it's your anxiety that's stopping you from enjoying certain things, get help.

for me it depends on the company. the right people can make it fun the wrong people will make it miserable super valid reasons btw
