The video will demonstrate the enhanced capabilities of the 2nd generation coil-fed laser blanking line, recently designed and assembled for the automotive industry. The features to include are:
• Automated separation of parts from scrap
• Open air laser cutting technology that eliminates flashback on parts
• Laser head speed up to 2500 mm per second and 2g acceleration
• Large cutting area up to 2m wide by 1m length
• Ability to process sheets or coils, faster speeds of laser cutting, and the ability to handle coils and sheets.
