Enjoy a very satisfying clip of machines producing a fluted steel nail.
The nail making machine, as seen in the firt half of the video produces up to 25.800 pcs. per hour while the thread rolling machine (second half) does 60.000 nails per hour.

On the second process, how do you prevent introducing nails from different size/diameter? I guess dies or parts on the machine can get damaged? The machine can detect any different size diameter to prevent parts on the machine damaged? Thanks,
