Это часть технологического процесса.

Использовать токарный станок для отрезания труб ,это гениально. И ладно бы это разово было,но это поточное производство, под это дело или ленточную пилу используют или маятниковый абразивно-отрезной станок,это тупо экономически выгоднее и время затраты ниже.

в данном методе есть своё преимущество. отрезая на токарном станке они получают ровный торец, а после пилы всё равно пришлось бы торцевать трубу. ну и в принципе, на токарке процесс быстрее.

Техника безопасности и культура производства на ,,высочайшем уровне,,!Неужели нельзя спецодежду и рабочие ботинки купить,чтобы в тапках не работать,и срач убирать на рабочем месте?

@@meytv5691 Китай 30 лет назад,возможно,так и начинал,но Китай стремился к своему развитию.А эти ребята 100 лет назад так работали и через 100 лет так будут работать.Разве сейчас им негде приобрести,хотя бы,спецодежду и рабочие ботинки?Разве им запрещают навести порядок на рабочем месте?

I love these types of video, but this is the worst one I've seen for dangerous working. The welding, the guys finger, chucking the hot pressed steel...

What a misleading video, them tractor top links as it’s described is definitely not for tractors, what you do see for tractors is the red ones at the end of the video!

The links they show at the end are not at all the same as the ones shown being made. That style shown at the end are very weak!!!

No safety boots or other personal protection equipment; working on machines with no guards to protect against injury; no welding goggles; floors dangerously littered and many more safety hazards; throwing white-hot metal across to other workers. Whilst I understand the workers' need to support themselves and their families, I cannot countenance their employers' disgusting avarice. For this reason I personally boycott ANY products from Pakistan until such time as the Government legislates and the majority of companies can demonstrate a practical commitment to employee safety.

This is NOT the correct way to machine ANYTHING. So many violations and unsafe practices. This is however exactly what Id expect from a 3rd world country. SMH😬

Holy shit…somebody is going to get FUCKED UP with how they handle that GLOWING HOT piece of metal. And don’t give me that shit about them being poor yada yada, they could get SOME protective gear and figure safer ways of handling that shit. I almost couldn’t watch it.
