watching this video I went back to the memories of when I was a child where near home there were factories that produced nails, and they were exactly like that and it took a lot of work and sacrifice to earn well.

Recycling in that area is great, these guys make the nails with wire they get from the factory next door that recycles the nails to make the wire to make the nails that make the wire that make the nails. No nails are ever hammered, its just to keep people busy.

So wonderfully mechanised in some areas and so poorly mechanised in others. The far extremes of manufacturing in third world countries. No doubt the workers are very proud of the work they do - and so they should be.

Fine material handling skills. Stone age meets modern machinery. We don't need no stinking carts, bins or buggies. Dump on floor, put in bowl, dump on floor elsewhere, scrape up into a bag. Job security.... Chairs? what's that? Benches? Huh?

In every video I see of these kinds of companies, NONE of them use buckets, bags, wheelbarrows, etc to hold their product. And every time I see a new video, I think that very same thought! 😂

This manufacture is one of the safest. Breathing oil aroma is not dangerous. There is no machine which burn oil or atomize it, because all machines are only cold cutters. All car mechanics and lathe / mill machinist breath it too without problems. There is almost no metal and other dust - everything is covered with oil. I think, the polishing medium is wood dust or corn starch. But with all nails on the ground every driver and cyclist 1 kilometer from this manufacture must hate them.

Hello, i run double wire nail makers, we use air above the cutters to help the nail fall and saves the machine and every second day we are reqired to wash the clamps and the machines for the best qaulity of nails

Hi Im a nail manufacturing consultant, some free advice. instead of scraping the nails off the floor into a bowl, put the bowl under the machine to catch the nails. Instead of dumping the nails onto the floor after tumbling them, put the empty bag under there and dump them into the bag. Now they also make flat metal that can be used as a way to guide the nails from the tumbler to the bag, but that may be out of your budget. also shovels

Esas regiones del medio oriente como Pakistán, Afganistán, la india etc es su forma de trabajar, no usan seguridad industrial, cero guantes, gafas, casco, calzado, ni el estado obliga, ni los trabajadores lo usan, si vieras las acerias dónde hacen cabillas, es de locos
