You were able to discover in detail the manufacture of my plasma cutting table, a simple but very effective design.
I can use it as an arc/mma welding table with less effort, the drawer recuperator allows easy maintenance and above all it avoids dirt on the ground. The slag from the arc welding will fall directly into the drawer, just like the cuts with the bandsaw or grinding, it will allow me to recover the metal shavings.
I decided to put it on wheels to use it as a workshop trolley with a stable support or simply to extend my welding table.
This is not a plasma cutting tutorial but a solution for working cleanly with a plasma cutter.
I don't talk about it in the video but it is important to have a compressor that provides a compressed air flow that corresponds to the plasma demand.
With plasma it is easy and quick to cut steel plates over long lengths but it makes a lot of smoke that's why I use a welding fume extractor.
I weld with tig and coated electrode, I like these two processes even if currently I am more comfortable in MMA.
I make my own signature plates that I engrave with a roture master 2 laser engraver on anodized aluminum, it is done well and I like to personalize what I do.
I love this midnight blue hammered effect paint from Hammerite, it really suits her.

In a previous video I compared the functionalities and the comfort of use between the Plasmacut45 from Wuithom and the cut70p from Stahlwerk, (I think that the level of comfort of use the cut40, cut50, cut60 etc… are identical) the Wuithom is way above.
