BUILDING GREENHOUSES: A GREAT BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY
In our desire to offer a real and effective service to our clients, we propose some manufacturing options that can open up new business opportunities.
Lately we have received several inquiries about the manufacture of greenhouses. As many countries are expanding their aid schemes for their installation, farmers have seen a good opportunity and the demand for the manufacture of these structures has increased.
In order to provide a viable proposal to our clients, Nargesa's technical department has proposed several options for the serial production of these greenhouses.
In this video we show the processes to manufacture these parts and assemble them with minimal operations. First we will cut the sections of tube necessary to form the pieces. We will use 60-millimeter steel tube to make the legs, in the first operation we will make two parallel punching at the ends of the tube with the MX340G Punching Machine. Next, we will manufacture the crossbars in two operations with the same hydraulic press, first we will crush the two ends and then we will punch them in a semi-circular shape and punch them. To form the pieces that will join this skeleton, we reduce the ends of the tubes with the PP200 Horizontal Press Brake, so we can assemble them. Then we make a 60 degree bend with the CC90 mandrelless tube bending machine and finish punching the ends with the MX340G Hydraulic Punching Machine. To fix the crossbars we will use three types of clamps. With the MX340G Punching Shear we will cut the handrails in the shape of a lug and then we will shape the flanges with the PP200 Horizontal Press Brake.
Using only three machines we can carry out the eight processes necessary to form the six pieces of this structure in series. This is possible thanks to the great versatility and multi-functionality of Nargesa machinery, which allows us to carry out endless operations with a simple change of tooling.
We will continue to present new options to our clients in all those jobs that require our experience and knowledge of the machinery and its possibilities.

Me facina la tecnología que tienen. Yo en mi trabajo actual hago casi todo ese trabajo (pero con maquinarias hidráulicas y medio pasada de moda) y la verdad quedó sorprendido Saludos desde buenos aires argentina.

Si uno para el vídeo en el 6:49 se pueden ver los fallos. En el vértice superior del último arco (el de más al fondo) y en anclaje inferior de la columna izquierda intermedia. Apuesto a que los operarios intercambiaron la pieza curvada que forma el ángulo de conexión de ambas secciones.

Agradecemos su comentario señor González. Puedo asegurarle que mis compañeros no intercambiaron ninguna pieza. Al ser una estructura de muestra para enseñar como se realiza el montaje del invernadero, no apretaron las abrazaderas como si de una estructura definitiva se tratara. Por este motivo, algunas de estas se desplazaron unos pocos centímetros. Es esto a lo que se refiere?

@@user-ti1xe1hh2e The exact size for this reduction is 56.3mmm. However it is advisable to keep some tolerance. 54,3mm would be a correct reduction size, bearing in mind that these links should be reinforced or fasten with bolts
