The defence is still not stable that's why we concede more goals so this is a reinforcement.

Hhhhhhh walker, Dias, Stones, Laporte, Ake, Cancelo and Gomes regardless young ones yet u telling me that city still need defenders 🤯 About conceding goals this is bcoz the way city plays if u noticed against crystal palace wallker was the only player defending while others were attacking 🤷🏻♂️ This is why I always say Pep needs an assistant who knows defence 😪

Can't you actually remember 2019/2020 season what happened when Vinny left & Laporte got injured like he is right now? Stones & Ake are injury prone,then after Ruben Dias got inured towards the end of last season,anything can happen. Best people in any field of work learn from bad experiences more than they do from good experiences. Pep is a genius & he see's things not normal people like you & me can see. By the way Akanji was in City's radar when Dias came was brought in,DORTMUND wanted way too much money for him. He's a very good central defender just a bit injury prone as well like Ake & Stones

However you see that our defence is fully packed...it's not incase walker and cancello is out like now laporte is out u will realised there's a really big mess we need more determined and complete defenders and more cb ake and dias is not upto to the level required but they are trying they need a big back up and that's what pep is visualising.
