Manual paste filling machine can fill all types of thick paste even which are having particles like scrub, chuntney, schezwan and other paste as well.
1. This model don't have check valve and the design sucks & dispense material due to positive displacement,
2. it can only handle thick paste like ointment, creams
3. it can also handle small particles up to 2mm size, bigger size can be done on request
4. Mild steel powder coated structure, can be upgraded to stainless steel
5. All contact parts in stainless steel #304, can be upgraded to SS#316
6. Tri clamp fittings & easy to dismantle mounting
7. Teflon(PTFE) & silicon made seals
8. volume can be adjusted using mechanical adjustment a small bolt which restrict the piston movement hence deciding the volume
9. 12liter product hopper with lid , option available for direct sucking from your tank in case of liquid filling
10. machine can be operated left handed or right handed
