We have automatic and semi automatic electric versions. But some people prefer the manual version.

Maybe it should be called the Dude Press-- for the amount of strength it appears is needed. It would be far to strenuous to use this press multiple times a day! It will slow production down. That is my opinion from California. I have been baking since I have been 7 years old. Now 61 yo. Idea is a good one though.

Hi Cheryle, we refurbish all different types of bakery machines, which make them more affordable than brand new machines for bakers. Yes, I agree this one needs a lot of strength to operate, but it is what some people want.

I know what you mean! But some bakers like the retro aspect of this machine. It's not the only thing we do though, we restore and refurbish machinery from 2 to 80 years old...we have everything a baker needs, ovens, mixers, dividers, moulders, BDM's, retarders, provers, racks, trays etc
