I really like the way Manu explains..it's really interesting..liked the way he explains who is an Indian.

2 things . 1. the anchor should have used a proper mic for herself 2. the anchor should allow manu to talk , let him finish , u shouldn't interfere in his talks , the spirit and essence of the guest shouldn't be spoiled. the anchor is trying to convince him that she knows something .. thats not necessary

I think you haven't seen much, 'Newgen' men.

I think the interviewer is fantastic - because she successfully overcame the limitations, asked apt questions and she did great efforts to bring a busy person like Manu Pillai.

And now he is a part of history as an Indian English writer and historian ......!!.....and salutes to ur knowledge Sir....!!

It seems really interesting .. someone who does not know how to read or write malayalam .. nor is a part of the kerala culture had to write the history of Trivandrum ... This is the bane of the indian culture .. anyone can comment on it .. and say this is true .. because no insider really does reasearch about their tradition to have an authentic insider view .. so we have such people who make commentaries who write with a foreign lens and people are convinced ... And they are mostly never questioned and have a free run especially when the view they present is something the left wants ...

"Authentic insider view" aka regional bias🤣

Audio quality is very poor and the girl is immatured to take the interview of an intellectual like Manu. It was good opportunity to get more interesting and informative answer from Manu, but it's not happened. Better luck next time.

He did not write about tipu.. because then he will have to mention the fact that East India company assassinated him. Mysore kingdom(original rulers) the wadayars.. approached the British and requested as the conversion was at the peak during his rule in mysore Obviously, he will not talk about it as he is against British.
