Mantigue Island

Mantigue Island is 3 kilometers off the coast of Brgy. San Roque in Mahinog, Camiguin Province.
Once a fishing village, Mantigue Island (also known as Magsaysay Island) is now a popular spot for visitors to swim, snorkel, dive or dig their feet into beaches laden with white, powdery with the lush mini-forest and encounter its flora and fauna.
Also known as Magsaysay Island, it is about 4 hectares (9.9 acres) of greenery fringed with a gleaming white beach of powdery coral sand.Declared the island a protected area and sanctuary for sea turtles.
