Mantak Chia - 1/4
Part 1 of Mantak Chia's talk at Watkins Books, October 2011.
The Universal Healing Tao was created by Taoist Grand Master Mantak Chia to share Taoist meditative and internal energy practices. These practices were transmitted to him by a series of masters and teachers from Asia.
His main teacher was White Cloud hermit Master Yi Eng. Master Yi transmitted to Master Mantak Chia the most sacred and closely held Taoist practices, methods and formulas of internal alchemy.
Master Mantak Chia is the author of dozens of books and taught the Taoist internal practice to hundreds of thousands of studends over the past 40 years.

Jabo in Yoga these are called the Bundas "root locks" front and back locks.
what book would you suggest we read to learn more about this?
