6:35 - very interesting bit, was wondering how you are supposed to supply yourself with all the livestock. Especially when you're so oxen-dependent in carrying everything around the village/city . 16:42 - think they added more variety of stalls since the demo ? or I haven't seen one of those in my demo

Don't do it. At least not on the release day. What if the game is released with some overlooked but gameplay-crippling bug? It would be patched in a day or so, but your day off would have been wasted.

Looks like its going to be awesome, should change the trading mechanics though, it'd make more sense to store and trade the grains thenselves or flour, bread would go stale quickly its more of a make everyday for the days meals type of food rather then a tradeable commodity like grain would be, hope this doesnt just add production lines for the sake of it. just carting off wagons full of grain to regions that had a bad harvest for a bigger profit would be cool and realistic, or trading salted meat to nearby locations with less access to hunting whilst getting smoked fish in return since you have no access to the sea etc etc

How is anyone playing the demo. I've been wanting to play the demo forever now but it will no longer load. It only takes me to the steam purchase page. I loved the demo. I was so sad when it was shut off. Please tell me... how do you have access?

If you still have the demo installed you can play it by going to the game folder and running the exe directly. I played it from release until I forced myself to uninstall it in November. steam/steamapps/common/manor lords/ is the usual location.

I'll try to talk myself into this game but... I'm not too excited about having to move people all over the place telling who to work were and all of that micromanaging stuff. I was hoping it would be more organic as far as the workers go. Taking a job or starting a farm or something because they want to or see a community need they can fill for a living. Labor force management games are a dime a dozen. I was hoping for more of a society management game I guess if that makes any sense.

What a pitty, the demo was so nice, easy to understand, good graphics and so on. Now we have a rather complicated game, as so many others and a more detailed graphic, but not better. Can I buy the demo version instead? This would be already sufficient for me, I do not want those over sophisticated games anymore.

The game really hasn't become much more complicated than the demo. The same mechanics still apply. There are simply more different wares and production lines. It is still easy once you know how to play. I've watched a video with a blind let's play, and the guy who made it had reached level 3 burgage plots after little more than 1 hour play time, and had thousands of coins in cash to buy commodities or mercenaries, and a quite sizable army for a village of 250 people. And he was aiming to reach 1000 people, since the game was so easy to play for him. I think, if you watch a couple of "how to play" or "let's plays", you'll be knowledgable enough to have an easy time playing.
