How is that insane? It's normal for boxers to move like that. What I'd call insane is Ali's footwork.

Practice basketball lay ups weekly and do cone drills. Both of those helped me go from stiff to the most agile Heavyweight Boxer with the loosest and quickest movement.

You won't ever find a fighter with this ability. Compare him to the others his a machine gun with rapid fire. We should enjoy this

Hes punching the bottom of the bag so its denser and not full of air so the punches sound isn't absorbed into the bag and it gives it that affect also in combination with the gloves

@@samcook7046 A high-quality heavy bag has a consistent density throughout it. All the material settles at the bottom of cheap heavy bags. That's a good bag he's hitting. He'd get the same sound if he were to hit the top of it.

all i see is great movement and amazing calves, foot placement prior to the punch is crucial but add some muscle in that area and you have a great punching power
