+JS TV you are right! I'm a qualified referee and he should have been given 2 bookings. One for kicking the ball away and another for the push. This is Sunday league though where ref's tend to be more lenient and usually only send players off for either abusive language towards the ref or for violent conduct. I've spoken to a few ref's who do Sunday league and most of them say ref's rarely give out reds because they're actually scared of what the reactions will be! Pretty sad if grass roots football is coming to that!

overconfidence every game is where you go wrong, teams surprise you with early goals and you're constantly chasing the game, need to realize youre mediocre like the other teams in your division and play like eltham are the underdog it'll never change unless your mentality changes, trust me I played in a team that lost 95% of our games over 4 seasons until we changed are mentality and then got promoted next season
