I also agree. I enjoy his lectures more because his voice goes with the knowledge ability he's providing and it's. I don't know like a Grandpa trying to tell you the right thing to do.

I am 60 years of age, and because I used most of my younger life rearring my the universe offsprings that I brought forth to this reality, I feel now I have the time to work and earn money. I work 60 hours a week. There is no time to rest as MPH suggested for over 50s rest and look after the house (body) that I live in. Well, I don't know whether what my hips is complaining about over work but from this talk, there is nowhere to hide. The truth has no time for messing about, period. I have tried to stop from making too much noise but just when I am about to enjoy life the pain puts a stop to it. My day is cosumed by it for three weeks now a testimony to this talks insight All the best, everyone. Most people will not hear this man talk because of various reasons and / or prejudices, but for us who've had a chance, may it cause a new day in our lives. Its unfortunate that young people may not fully appreciate these kinds of talks due to luck of experience and the depth of what life requires of us all. I try with my kids, and they hear it, I believe from the surface, but it's a start, I guess.

Breath mastery will make you God. It's obvious to me Manly practiced breathwork, or was practiced by the hand of God rather. His brilliant intellect speaks to deep breathing and deeper relaxation, he was higher brain activity personified.

I think there are multiple ways to the level close to god. Alchemy, psychedelics, religion, etc. I think though breath mastery is fantastic on many aspects even with relation to god. This man, has helped my consciousness evolved, and obviously others too. I love you and everything. We are all of it everyone, we can help this world with our knowledge.

He actually taught against the practice of eastern breathing practices being that western man’s body is normally not equipped for such things and can(will) lead to certain dangers. My favorite quote of his is “Don’t think about yourself, Don’t try to be good, don’t try to be wise, rather try to serve, try to love, and be grateful.” Very simple and straightforward
