    I must confess.. i have been listening to a lot of life coaches on youtube but none of their talks encouraged me to listen to them carefully... may be because I wasn't fully able to understand what they tried to explain. They did teach the same concepts but your in depth explanation about menisfestation is very clear and logically understandable. Thank you for what you are doing 🙏

    Yaa same here i was first chasing after her every time when ever we break up i always keep on fixing and this time when everything was going good i think about this one day we will break up and she will be one coming chasing me and after thinking many months finally we broke up and i don't have any idea when will she come back chasing me. 💔😭. Our relationship was from class 7 and it's been 9 years already.

    This information is honestly, GOLD 🌟 I've looked into so many manifestation techniques but, the ones you teach are the only ones that logically make sense even from a psychology point a manifestation doesn't need you to dwell on it, I've manifested a ukelele once and it was interesting because I simply watched a couple movies with people playing ukeleles (making their own music) and thought to myself "it'd be cool to have a ukelele" then didn't think about it and my grandma got me a how to ukelele book as a gift, which inspired me to get a ukelele! lol

    💥truth bomb, after truth bomb. So true!! Emotional regulation is key! For people who grew up in abusive households, that can be a challenge but that also in turn is a story that needs to be released. Just because we didn’t know safety, security or what healthy love and attachment were, it doesn’t mean we can’t have it. Time to send that 💩 down the 🚽.

    My issue is maintaining. I can have a good week of maintaining a good self-concept and then it goes. Also a “good week” feels like months. So I feel like I’m doing this forever and then not getting any results. That’s a cycle I get into, It makes me not believe in manifesting at all.

    There has to be some belief that is not allowing you to maintain this / emotion. Something in your understanding or self-concept is triggering you back into an old state. It's a growing process and that is one element, but you shouldn't be flickering in and out of a good state of being once you get it down and have a full scope understanding.

    I also want to say too, this is not just “manifesting” - it’s how your mind works. What you feel and think about yourself, and people in relation to you, creates your experiences. You have to see the logical side to it for it to really click so you fully understand why you’re making these changes. It’s all internal.

    Thank you once again for your sound advice. I will probably listen to this more than once! It has made me stop and ask myself why I have been feeling so anxious about my perception of an event in the future that will probably not happen.     Hey Dylan, I just wanted to say that I believe I manifested your channel! Until a few days ago, I had no idea who you were or about your work/channel, I am so grateful that your content revealed itself into my awareness because I've gained so much knowledge from you! (: Over the years of my life, for the most part I'd have reoccurring patterns in my relationships, I grew in a co-dependant environment and would beat myself up self sabotaging, getting frustrated at myself for the circumstances. It was awful, I felt awful and when I found your channel it opened a whole new world, and it all makes total sense! Your so inspiring and awesome, I'm grateful your content manifested itself in my awareness because now I can recognize those patterns and redirect my self-concept to something thats balanced and harmonic ❤ I'm going to start listening to the affirmation track tonight and take this journey, I'm excited to embody my best version!     So I have been listening to the limitless sleep Affs for about 3 weeks or so now and things are feeling better. I woke up last night middle of the night with an overwhelming feeling that ‘’ something big’’ is about to happen. Something really great big is about to happen. I’m getting peace about things.     Thank you so much for your videos, I’ve been trying to manifest an ex but she had said she lost feelings and has “acted” very different after the breakup and I realize it’s because I have been depending on someone else so I’m focusing on self love and realizing I’m happy by myself and that I love myself, she will just be a bonus lmao I can feel a break through recently, I was watching other videos talking about saying those affirmations all day and I just couldn’t do it, it made me more attached and upset

    Its a bit difficult right now to just feel loved, cherished, adored, cherished, happy, and other pleasant emotions. Sometimes o can get there of course. It still is something I'm learning to feel of my own emotions internally. As I change my other speech beliefs this gets easier but yeah. It takes time to learn how to derive those feelings from within and become more in constant state of pleasant emotions when that is not a state you are usually in.

One question: this might be so random but I always worry about my phone getting too hot while putting on the affirmations overnight. Or whatever can happen. Is it necessary to use headphones the whole 8 hours? I would love to use those affirmations but the "how" is kinda holding me back...

    Dylan, please explain when we should stop clearing emotions and start self regulating them. Let's say I reacted that I didn't see any signs of manifestation in 3D, and I cried. But I'm kinda tired of crying. I DO work on my beliefs, I know the exact beliefs that creating this emotional reaction. So the question is. Is there a time when we make a conscious decision of not letting ourselves to cry and observe instead, and then consciously redirect from one state to another?

    Yes you can, this is why I offer the 8 hour affirmation tapes on my website. Do this during your sleep cycle, let your subconscious and mind do the adjusting for you once you identify all your limiting beliefs.

    Been listening to the limitless manifestation belief track. Been over two months still no changes in the reality..i know it takes time but you said we should see changes in two weeks. Or should i go to the love belief track now for attracting the relationship back?

    I was doing great until I fell for certain circumstances yesterday - man that sent me into this negative spiral! :( After a couple of hours, I detached from the emotions and manifested an apology from the person successfully. Q is, how do I undo the damage of those couple of hours? Or the apology itself is indicative that the damage was undone?

    You change it by letting it go and forgiving yourself for being human and making a mistake. Be unconditional with yourself, and focus on your self-concept. Do not dwell, it will change.

    Is it okay to play the affirmations during the day. Because for some crazy reason it keeps stopping when I try to play it through the night or my ear piece or phone randomly starts to die. Another weird thing ever since I decided to play the affirmations it’s like I’m fighting my sleep? So I’m like maybe I should just try the daytime.

    Hi. Dylan has addressed this in another video. You should ideally persevere with listening at night. Your resistance to listening needs to be mastered. It's much more powerful to listen at night because the messages bypass your conscious mind and work faster. You can listen during the day and well, but this should be in addition to night listening. I'm the same with resisting going to.sleep. don't allow yourself to turn it off. You can do this.

    You don’t have to honey this was before limitless manifestor, so just listen that over night and if you feel little wonky during the day listen guided meditation for shifting out of fear from Dylan and you’ll be able to shift them even if you don’t know what the belifs are

    Than that is what will manifest into your reality. You have to switch that thinking so many coaches say affirm the opposite. But first you have to affirm the opposite of how you feel about yourself. That’s is how they will change, wishing you the best❤️

    Okay help me if you guys can… I manifested a text from my SP and my best friend was dampening my state and saying it’s because I texted him first and not because of manifesting it by improving my self concept… she projects her negativity and insecurities to me and I’m kind of annoyed with her cause obviously it’s because of my power… her limiting beliefs is annoying me and I don’t even wanna share things with her anymore tbh… I also feel like she’s jealous of me for some reason and it repels me even more away from her… do you guys have any experience in this?     You’re trying to change the thoughts and not the belief generating them. You’re not grasping the concepts in the way they’re intended to be heard and are slightly off in the approach. It truly is logical and makes sense once you fully understand, but there’s so much conflicting information online that it could just be you’re confused and don’t understand what you’re doing / why you’re doing it and because it’s not fully making sense and you’re not actually addressing the conflicting beliefs / emotions you’re not feeling the noticeable shift internally and seeing the change externally. Once you get it, you will fully understand why you’re affirming in the new beliefs and see your patterns / feel the shift. It will be logical and make complete sense.

    Dylan, I just need you to hang out with me and be around me so I can discuss things as they come up 😆 I think I’m in transition. I’m listening to the tapes at night(prob 9 nights). Some stuff is instantly manifesting. It’s like magic! But then an old thing will pop up. I’m trying to not let it throw me and get stable.
