Affirming is to get you to that natural stage of living in the end. If you are affirming like "My SP blah blah blah" while making it sound like "ah, I'm so bored.. is this going to work.. I'm only affirming and it feels forced", I don't think it works. Feeling is the secret (: if you feel you need a break, take a break. If not, try to make it fun (:

How did it take ???

He left October 28th I’m starting this method today. SP will come back and start texting me and we will grow our relationship and we will meet up soon. I’ll update when this works. 1st of Jan he texted me happy new years and said we should start talking again soon. Today he liked my Instagram when he would never do that. He's coming back slowly but surely. Just keep positive! 4th of jan, he’s asking me to meet up and go to his. :) 5th of jan: we are back together after 2 months, I really didn’t see the coming but this works believe it will happen and it does. Not sure if you're aware of switchwords but you just said one when you said cancel, cancel, cancel. They are essentially small affirmations instead of the long ones that get straight to the point.. like canceling out some negative ish in a person's thought patterns. You also said something in this video that made a light bulb go off in my head "manifearing a person is easy... especially when they are spiritually sleep" i gotta keep reminding myself that I am the operant power

I use switchwords all the time because I have a disorder that causes intrusive thoughts so when things I don't want to see or think pop in my head I just say "delete delete delete" and imagine it getting deleted like a trash file, lol, definitely works when manifesting too.

Ill update this to give motivation for others: Day 1: im affirming my SP to come back regardless of how wrong our actions were to each other, our big fight is just purging the old concept Day 10: there's been argumenrs here and there, but they get taken care of after an hour at most, im starting to see more compassion and kindness🌙 Day 11: oh boy my self concept is so wobbly again, so i need to release more negative beliefs, but i have been persisting and affirming regardless today

The best part is that when I was doing all that Loa crap I kept feeling like I was forcing my vibrations and it was exhausting being positive all the damn time but with Sammy’s teachings of affirmations it’s as if I’m happy and positive constantly without it being forced at all haha

So i was affirming ' my sp keeps calling me ' on loop for a few days, didnt get a call which normally i do within 2-3 days, and I realzied it was because this time I had more resistance because I had depression and other shit lol and I soemtimes get over obsessed with certain problems lmao. And so I realized that I was so obsessed with cotnacting my sp that it was causing resistance. So i just contacted them myself and one of the first thibgs thwy told me was that they had been thinking about calling me for the past few days but just coupdnt because they have been having alot going on at work. As soon as I talked to them, I felt much better and much less resistance. Usually the 10k method works really fast for me if i dont have active resistance so now that my resistance is gone, I can actually get my full manifestation with the 10k method lol. Btw just as a note for any other tarot believers, I obsesseivelh watched tarot pick a cards about my person and all of them said my sp wont contact me and If I contact them then they will not react well anf it was 100 off lmao so dont take tarot so seriously either!

When manifesting your sp make sure to do self love or else your sp will run away. I always manifested him back over and over and over and overrrrrr again, unconsciously since 10th grade (I am now 20) and he broke up with me once again. But I have faith that with my incorporation of self love we will be together permanently.
