I woke up this morning feeling tired. I heard a tiny little voice (Terri’s) and I quickly told myself, “No, I am full of energy.” and I got up out of bed and immediately felt energy. Thank You Jesus and thank you Terri!!

That's funny- I just watched a Derek Prince video where he talks about a woman he delivered from a "Tired" demon- full of energy to watch TV, but not to do the things that bring us to our Destiny. This is eye-opening to Stay in The Word and Prayyyed Up! 😄

Thank you,I have death fatigue from Hashimotos thyroid disease ,it's called a sleeping disease,plus liver disease and Fibromyalgia, I will definitely try this.

"Gentle suggestion" - reminds me of saying to my young children, "friendly reminder" when I want to harp on them to please flush or bring their plates up to the sink or put their shoes and socks back where they belong instead of under the dining table. I go up and bend down to whisper "psst - friendly reminder - is that where your socks belong or could you please put them in the dirty laundry bin 8 steps from where you dropped them?" Love Andrea's phrase "just give my best", "give your best". Thank you for sharing, Miss Shaw. Much respect, not just for what you've accomplished with Miss Olympia, but also for the time you're taking now to inspire us with "10 minutes" and "just need the body moving... Walk, then jog... 2 minutes, to 5 minutes..." Let the momentum build. "Use the time you do have", and build in breaks... To get consistent and then.. By writing these back, it helps it sink into my memory. I have ADHD and this is too important to forget.. "get things in order" to get clarity and clear the channel for God's voice to become more available in our lives. Thank you!

Love that Andrea Shaw started with scriptures and included paying off debt as her why - as part of "redeeming herself", as well as sewing some seed. What an amazing story to champion. Love the idea that those little excuses we give ourselves to procrastinate a nudge - that those regressions become regrets. That it ads up. When I was in school, 1 grade of F could being down your GPA by almost 4 points but an A grade could only lift it by like 1. As soon as I realized I'd need at least 3 A's to counter one F, I busted my academic bum and spent whatever I could on resources to help me maintain a better GPA. It helped. Similar mindset here. Regressions become regrets. Don't let it happen to you. Avoid that like the proverbial plague, right? Nice work! Appreciated!
