Sarah! Thanks for her name. She sings beautifully in both languages and her voice is so pure and effortless. All that and pretty to boot.
There's this song, 40 years old. An evergreen. You couldn't do better than that. Until now. WOW!
Nat's voice never disappoints. She always starts a bit reserved but she really let go towards the end of the song. The look she gives Jack is of a woman very much in love. Jack is having way to much fun as usual! Fantastic cover. They didn't try to re-invent the wheel on this one and I love it.
I love the way Pomp can switch decade styles so easily and put its distinctive stamp on each number.
The Jack's energy and motivation is in his face, and it's contagious in a very good way ... I love Pomplamoose !
Love Nataly's vocal on this! Her emotion hints at an underlying desire to break out into a *maniacal* dance. 😊
A dream come true listening to Pomplamoose sing “Maniac” 😍 and without any mashups whatsoever 😍 after all these years I still love this film “Flashdance”, as well as all the amazing original songs, and I lovingly recommend it to anyone who liked “Dirty Dancing”

@@pesto12601 there is no auto tune or studio production. Pomplamoose were formed to avoid that. What you hear was performed live and raw.

Fantastici, soprattutto le canzoni in francese.
There is no group I avidly watch play all the way through a video besides these guys. They have the best energy and chemistry you will ever see and I am here for it every time.

I think that's the loudest I've heard Nataly sing. Love it! I'm a huge fan of this song and Flashdance. This just needs a synth solo where the guitar solo was sadly omitted.

I think it was fine without a synth solo, but I also recommend looking up Gabriella Quevedo's guitar cover of Maniac.

Wow, this is absolutely stunning. So many have attempted to cover this but rarely have they brought sth. really new to this 80s classic. This is definitely the best cover ever and in my opinion it's even better than the original because it is less cheesy and instead evokes that cool club sound feeling.

More 80s than the 80s. Pomp extracts the essence, leaving aside the distractions that surrounded the original.

3:50 Nataly looking at Jack - hot devilish grin from a cool different look. Three keyboards! Jack's so far into this all you can see are the soles of his feet. Also, the mixing on this is great. All of the musicians Pomplamousse hires are top notch and get paid what their talent is worth which is another thing I like about Nataly, ethics. The background singer is fabulous.
