INGREDIENTS:
1 egg
Sugar 1/3 cup
corn flour 3 tbsp
Vanilla 1 tbsp
Mix well
All purpose flour(maida)1 cup
rice flour 1/3 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup
Mix well
Grease oil
Heat the pan on low to medium. flame
Pour batter
Wait until bubbles formation stop
Flip
Cook for 1 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
For stuffing-
3 puri for mango
2 tbsp corn flour
3 tbsp sugar
mix well
stuff it inside the pancake
