Recipe
Raw mango(kacha aam) 1 kg
salt(namak) 4 tsp
turmeric powder(haldi) 1 tsp
coriander seeds(dhania powder)
fennel seeds(saunf)
dry red chillies(sukhi lal mirch) 8-10
cumin (zeera) 1/4 tsp
fenugreek seeds(methi dana) 1 tsp
onion seeds(kalonji) 1/4 tsp
mustard seeds(sarso ke daane) 1/2 tsp
carom seeds(ajwain) 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder(haldi) 1/4tsp
coriander powder(dhania powder) 1tsp
red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) 1tsp
mustard oil(sarso ka tail)100ml
salt and turmeric water(namak or haldi ka pani) 1tbsp

Aap is achar ko plastic k dabbe me daba kar bharen oil achar se oopar hona chahiye fungus sahi ho jayega plastic ka dabba chota len dabba achar se bhara rahe
