ingredients :
all purpose flour/maida : 1 and 1/2 cups(180grams)
eggs : 3 (room temperature)
oil : 1/4 cup
warm milk/water : 1/2 cup
baking powder : 1 tea spoon
salt : 1 pinch
sugar : 1 cup(200 grams)
mango essence : 1 tea spoon
whipping cream : 1 and 1/4 cup
for sugar syrup
sugar : 1/3 cup
water : 1 and 1/2 cups
For mango glaze :
peeled and chopped mango : 1
sugar : 1/2 cup
water : 1/2 cup
mango essence : 1 tea spoon
cherries for garnishing
my 1 cup measures 250 ml
preheat oven at 180 degrees celsius for 10 minutes and bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 180 degrees celsius

You can use mango or the mango essence or both, it's your preference to your taste but the essence gives a more intense flavoring that sometimes natural flavoring can't get to (not saying artificial is better, just stating facts) but that's all up to you
