Ingredients:
Mango part
- 400g fresh mango
- 50ml water
- 5g agar agar powder
Coconut part
- 600ml canned coconut milk
- 100g sugar
- 50ml water
- 7g agar agar powder
Topping
- Fresh mango
- Grated coconut

    hi! my end product was rather grainy because of the agar agar, is there any way to overcome this?

    Hi Vivya! Was it like jelly or hard? Agar agar has a fairly strong gelling effect so you might need to use less, it depends on the brand and instructions come on the package. Also don’t forget to stir it constantly while cooking. We hope this will solve the issue 😉

    Yes, it may be. Also make sure that you buy thin powdery agar agar 😉

    Hi! To make it more liquid, because both crushed mango and canned coconut milk are a little thick. Also to counteract evaporation during the cooking of agar agar.

    Well, it depends on the brand. You might not need to use that much. Always take into consideration the instructions on the label.

    @@AdamodelisI'm not convinced it really depends on that.BTW the video is great, but i can see that the final product is too jelly.I used ten time less, and its great.

    speak for yourself. mine mango was runny, 5g didn’t catch it well.
