INGREDIENTS
Aam (mango)3-4
Biscuits 200 grams
Bareek cheeni (icing sugar) 2-3 tbs or as required
Cream 3 packs
Doodh ( milk)1/2 cup
DIRECTIONS
_In chopper / grinder add biscuits & process until finely crushed.
_In a serving dish add finely crushed
biscuits & press firmly to create an
even layer.
Prepare mango puree:
-In grinder jug add mango and milk.
_Make puree & set aside.
-In a bowl add cream & beat well with
the helpof beater.
-Add icing sugar & beat well.
-Spread cream evenly on the layer of
crushed biscuits.
-Spread mango chunks on the layer of cream.
-In bowl add cream and mango puree beat & mix well.
-Spread it evenly on mango chunks.
-Add mango puree with spoon.
-Garnish with mango puree & refregerate until chilled.
-Ready to enjoy.
