I buy Skip Beat through Amazon, they have 3-in-1 omnibuses! You can get them from $12-15 usually, and the series is DEFINITELY worth collecting! I've got 99 volumes so far in my collection! I'm hoping to get tons more too!

I recently read all of Black Torch and can I say, I loved it! It was sad that it ended so quickly, but it’s a great short series.

omg watching this gives me so much nostalgia. It makes me remember when I was middle school/highschool going to my favorite bookstores(one of which closed down yrs ago) with either my mom, by myself or with my best friend.I couldn't afford a manga all the time during those trips, so it was a special treat to get one. I also got some for free when my local library took a few out of their system sometimes.So many great series' are out of print now though that I either finished/haven't finished collecting for over the years. My collection is in boxes since my family moved. Then some went missing and a few I think were stolen when I went to college years ago.So I've been recovering those over the years. Buying them online is fine but I really miss bookstores and libraries ;-;

Aah that sounds so nice. I live in England, and me and my dad used to go down to a place called "forbidden planet" to find any mangas I could see. But due to covid I really don't think it would be a good time 😅

I adore your collection! Especially My Love Story, that is such an underrated manga/anime.

I remember buying my first series! (5 in the series) it was awesome finally getting the courage and going to the manga section of the bookstore. The series was so good! I knew I’d love it the moment I saw it. I hope my collection gets as big as yours! (Not sure where I’ll put them all though lmao)

I don't have space if I were to buy every single one. So I honestly print out the covers.. and just add then to a journal to cover the ones I have read. It clentches the thirst of owning every book in a series. And I strive to buy the first and the last book in series that I really love.

i haven’t watched the full video yet (so idk if this is in your collection) but you NEED to check out the promised neverland! after watching the first episode of s1 , i fell IN LOVE , i was too impatient to wait for the second season. the second season is now out but a lot of manga readers would agree the manga is 1000x better. the ending was a bit of a let down but overall i give the manga a 8.5/10. it’s has a dark plot with lovable characters , made me cry , made my heart pound and it’s a franchise i’ll always keep close to my heart.

for anyone that will read this, i REALLY recommend daytime shooting star, it’s just amazing, my fave shoujo ever, also read and watch kamisama hajimemashita!! and for a shounen, pleaase give eyeshield21 more hype!! the manga is so so so good

I read most things online so I can see what I actually really like in case I want to actually buy it. Doesn't make sense to me to buy things you might not even like just to try it.
