Bravo ! Nice that you took the courage to go with this technology, people are not willing to try new technologies when it comes to house construction. I had checked with a lot of friends no one encouraged it, I feel it is a great product, which is already used in foreign countries but we are reluctant to try it. I feel the wall strength increases due to the use of metal inside the concrete, compared to cement block, which may not be possible when bricks are used , bricks can't be joined to each other. Definitely due to the use of thermocol there would be insolation inside the home, which would cause temperature control. Not very sure about how it would react to fire and heat, although I have seen demonstrations suggesting, it is fire resistant and takes longer to catch fire compared to other materials, but if it is not a multistory apartment there are less chances of casualty as there would be enough time to vacate, which is a commonsense Best part is the time taken is less to build the house, which definitely will reduce the cost of construction. May be one drawback could be wiring and plumbing repair - in case something goes wrong inside the walls, how can it be fixed on a later point of time ? If the wall is cut or dug later point of time , it may reduce the strength of the structure and also it might be very hard to break the concrete wall without causing much damage, may be Srishti can clarify on this. Thanks for this video and hope the prices will even reduce as more people start construction using this technology !

Regarding your question about changes in electrical or general maintenance, we can use a concrete cutter and make the required changes and then repack the walls with concrete. Since the mesh is continuous and creates a uniform distribution for the load. We can carry out minor changes like this without facing any issues or future dammage

Looks nice but what about disadvantages? How many floors can be built without pillars and columns? I have heard of EPS panels. You are saying that it's thermocole. What is the difference?

Thermocol is nothing but EPS(Expanded Polystyrene), number of floors depends on the foundation, you can for sure build multiple floors, Srishti ventures has another video, which has more details

Correct, it is Industrial grade EPS Expanded polysterene (same raw material as thermocol) but much much denser and stronger
