Heat, Electricity, etc. flow from high potential to low potential...they find path of least resistance in their surrounding. Once the moisture from the batter starts decreasing, the heat finds it's way into the vegetables. The amount of water in the batter, the ratio of vegetables and butter to the amount of batter is also equally important in order to spread the heat before it burns the base or the batter of the dosa.

Bcoz it is getting heated by coal... Only in coal such kind of heating happens and not in firewood it gas etc...

It's OK but what abt health after eating..... So much calestrol..... Fat in cheez n butter

If there is no original taste, then adopt to put cheese, butter, cream, kaju paste etc., On all food items. That is what present generation follows and are impressing.
