Good one but cover one by one area 1.kitchen -and it's best design includes construction, best ventilations options , tiles, waterpoints, electrical points, 2.bathrooms -- size of the bathroom, always tiles fitting is odd at edges and corners,covering with white cement around commode loos very odd and dirty always,taps, ventilation,

Good information overall but when light illumination is considered, it's on individual choice coz bulb with 3600 k temperature, eye strain will be less but 6000k temperature, it feels like day light and people may not tend to sleep. So rooms should hold warm temperature buld and hall should have cool temperature. It's same principle in our mobile blue light filter. Hope this makes sense and me too waiting for your part-3
