Mandi Rice Recipe | Arabian Chicken Mandi With Smoked Flavor !

INGREDIENTS
Whole Chicken - 1 Kg (Skin On)
Onion - 1/2
Garlic - 4 Cloves
Bay Leaves - 4
Cinnamon Stick - Small Piece
Cloves - 1/2 Tsp
Cardamom - 10 Pods
Pepper Corns - 1 Tsp
Coriander Seeds - 1 Tbsp
Salt - 1 Tbsp
Turmeric - 1/2 Tsp
Curry Powder - 1 Tsp
Stock Water - 2 Tbsp
Lemon Juice - 1 Tsp
Saffron - A pinch
Orange Food Coloring
Basmati Rice - 3 Cups (650g)
Tomato - 2
Garlic - 2 Cloves
Green Chili - 1
Lemon Juice - 1.5 Tbsp
Coriander Leaves - Handful
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Oil - 10ml
Ghee - 25g
Cinnamon Stick - Small Piece
Cardamom - 10
Cloves - 10
Pepper Corns - 1/4 Tsp
Onion - 1 Medium Chopped
Stock Water - 4.5 Cups
Dry Lemon - 2
Chicken Stock Cube - 1 (Optional)
Green Chilies - 2
Ghee - 1 Tbsp
Food Coloring Mixed With 1/4 Cup Stock Water
Fried Onions
Almonds
Raisins

Yes, for basmati rice water konjam korawa than podanum. And basmati rice a soak pannitu cook pannanum. Follow the instructions as it is in the video👍.

What is the difference between Mandi & Khabsa?

Actually they are very similar except for Mandi is traditionally cooked in a tandoor oven and khabsa is cooked in layers in a pot. Mandi is yellowish and khabsa is brownish as it uses tomato paste 👍👍👍
