Do cheater have the power to make someone lag? Whenever i encountered a hacker my game randomly go 20ms to 300ms when the server's location is just 10km or 7miles away from where i live and im in singapore

Him playing on random servers doesn't change anything in relation to the huge advantage lag compensation gives high ping players. Mande is a great player, that much is not up for debate, but the high ping servers was all I commented on. Now here's a little something you need to ask yourself: Why are you offended on behalf of someone else? If you're terminally online, go outside and touch some grass, "kid".
