I was in a bar in Mexico on holiday for my 9th birthday with my dad. About 20 city fans and about 8ish utd ones including him and I. Watching this game was fantastic. I’m now 16 and taking my GCSEs, I miss all of those players and that premier league era. What a time…

1st Man Utd game I remember watching and after it I fell in love with the club.

LVG big games record in the league that season is fascinating. If only the big six back then put aside their pride and play a defensive football like smaller sides that United often struggled with, they would have had a better chance against LVG United. Once you played blow to blow attacking football against LVG United side back then, you most likely will suffer at final whistle.
